At Allurale, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that you may wish to return a product. This Return Policy explains our procedures and conditions clearly.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not permitted.

Ordering items in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

You must request a return by contacting us at info@allurale.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or import costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking shows the package has been delivered to the provided return address.

Providing an incorrect delivery address is the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
